HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a well-established hotel in the beautiful region of Chalkidiki. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience and have a strong background in hotel management, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement SOPs and operational workflows across departments
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
  • Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local partners

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., PMS)
