HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the operations of a well-established hotel in the beautiful region of Chalkidiki. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience and have a strong background in hotel management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational workflows across departments
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures
- Collaborate with ownership on business strategy, budgeting, and revenue management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local partners
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., PMS)
